You mention that we need to provide you with the "address of the company, and in this case the name of the insurer"
Unfortunately, it's not possible for someone like me to know the address of the company etc. All I'm given is a free-phone telephone number from Barclays Premier Customer Services line.
Nor would I have a clue where to look for the relevant information, hence my using the saynoto0870.com site.
If you have a policy already then you will have the name and address of the insurer. This may be in the publicity material and certainly in the policy document. All insurance companies must publish a "Key Facts" document for their customers, and it will be on there. The page in question will have the following logo on:
In this case, by chance I happened to know that it is Aviva and had already located the alternative numbers.

I haven't a clue about the 020 numbers listed and wouldn't risk dialling them from a mobile.
0800buster provides a telephone number to use from which an 0800 number can be dialled.
0800buster is another such service. 020 is the dialling code for London, hence it will be billed as a normal call to a landline, being part of inclusive minutes where applicable.
