Possibly a slightly unusual request, but I'm trying to find out more about a freephone number (0800 369 99 98) that's on an anonymous card offering "private home grant assistance" for home improvements. After we rang the number, the conservatory company who rang us back claim that the freephone number goes through to some organisation called the "Energy Efficiency Trust". However, I suspect that it actually goes to the conservatory company's offices in Doncaster - they're registered as "Real Energy Home Improvements Limited" (but appear to trade under various other names), and their geographical number is (01302) 341672 or (01302) 732100. If anyone could confirm this, or determine where it does go to, I'd be most grateful!
