If it is Consumer Credit Services of 15-16 Cowell Street, LLANELLI, SA15 1UU, there are some worrying reports of their procedures in the below link:

Although, more worrying IMHO is that people apparently with debt problems seem so keen to give their bank details over the phone to cold callers.
