Debenhams - Online orders

Hi,

I'm not sure if I'm being helpful, but I just want to let you know that the database entry for:
Debenhams Internet Ordering - 0844 800 8877 / 01823 364711 can be verified as I just called them regarding some returns of items ordered online.

Could someone just let me know if this is helpful, as then I know for the future that I can verify as I deal with companies most days?

Yes, that's great.

I prefer feedback to posted through the forum.

There are a number of types:

Feedback on unverified numbers that work and can therefore be verified.
Numbers (verified or unverified) that no longer work; say why they no longer work, eg not recognised, redirect to 0844 etc.
Numbers that aren't listed at all but do work as suitable alternatives
Entries that could do with amending, whether verified or unverified. For example, if an alternative number is found to be a switchboard where the caller must ask to be put through but the entry does not explain this, then a message could be added to that effect.

The best place to do this is in the Geographical Requests section of the forum; that way we keep together all information we find on companies, eg addresses, possible phone numbers and reports of suitable and non-suitable numbers.

The 01823364711 number now gives the message that they are "not available due to unforseen circumstances", the 0844 number still works!!

Trying to find an alternative number to call useless debenhams customer services, is very hard. The head office numbers don't have any options and ask you to re dial the 0844 number.

I have just tried these and they no longer work. Says to call 0844/ So may want to remove these from the blue list.

01823 364711 Online order enquiries

020 7408 3008 Takes you straight to Customer services

Also 01823 364711 is no longer in service.

Can anyone find a number to put you in the pool for customer service?

Thanks. I've removed these numbers as they both go through to the same message: that they are no longer in service and redirect to 0844 561 6161.

The main number for the Taunton office would appear to be 01823 337979. This may only be available during "office" hours.
