O2 to 0800 numbers not free (Read 12,833 times)

mini76 Newbie Offline Posts: 4 London Gender:	O2 to 0800 numbers not free May 6^th, 2010 at 10:17am Hi, I have just been in touch with O2 over this question and they tell me 0800 numbers are not free. Can anyone verify this. As I'm sure the lady was not 100% Sure about this.

And came up with the answer of none. She would have been on the phone for hours. Just an addage if I have free minutes does that count. I would not mind it counting as free minutes.

Just an addage if I have free minutes does that count.
I would not mind it counting as free minutes.

Providing it's 0800 (not 087x or 084x) the call should be part of your free minutes bundle

I'm shocked to discover that 0800/08/84x/87x are ALL charged at the same ridiculous 20p/min rate:
