Looking at the Companys House web site the name and registered address of Winning Deals is

WINNING DEALS LIMITED
C/O TOPPING PARTNERSHIP 9TH FLOOR
8 EXCHANGE QUAY
SALFORD QUAYS
MANCHESTER
M5 3EJ

Then going from there to the www.192.com web site we have

0161 886 5000

When you dial the 0161 number it gets you to the 'Topping Partnership' but the 0870 number gets you to Winning Deals itself. Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately no further forward. Thanks for your help.

Absolutely no luck with a phone number though.
