This is my experience with Sky TV and Sky Talk (their telephone service) in the last 24 hrs. My phone line is dead!
This what I have written to them...
I'm sorry I've had it with Sky and I've been a customer for nearly 20years.
2 weeks ago I rang up to cancel my package as I couldn't afford it. I was talked into staying. Yesterday my SKY phoneline goes dead and I contact Sky Talk and am told to write in!
3 phone calls by from a phone box to Sky...
Then someone emails me to tell they they have voicemailed me with a reply on my dead phoneline!
** I have the full Sky package. Included is my Phone line BBand etc. For 24 hrs my phoneline has been dead.My Broadband is working. I have spoken 3 times today to Sky Talk. All I get is, "There are loads of people in the country at the moment with the same problem, we are working on it, write in and complain if you are not happy!" Are there 'LOADS OF PEOPLE IN THE COUNTRY WITHOUT SKY TELEPHONE CONNECTIONS?" Is this a put off by Sky? My next door neighbour's is working! Anyone any suggestions. Someone mailed me from Sky and said they had received my emailed complaint and that they had left a message on my phones voice mail.THAT WOULD BE ON THE PHONE THAT I HAD TOLD THEM DIDN'T WORK!!!!!!!
