Hi there,

I know we are very clever & helpful people on this site and we usually are able to work things out for members, however, perhaps you could give us just a little clue by telling us where your jobcentre might be! Roll Eyes

Go to the database search page and type in
jobcentre
in the Company Name box and press Search. This will bring up a list of Jobcentre branches and at the top is a link to the thread on the forum with suggestions on how to locate a proper number.

Then when you find the proper number, post on the forum on the thread which is linked to from the top of the listings.  Smiley

I will remove this thread soon because it is duplicating the existing thread.

There are a couple of numbers for Bristol on the database. Give them a ring and if they can't help, ask to be put through. Follow dave's instructions above to find the numbers

Always best to look and try any database numbers first before making a request.

Let us know how you get on

From what I can gather, this number is for benefits claimants in the Bristol area rather than a Jobcentre office which one goes to in order to find work. Perhaps confusion arises because the both come under the auspices of "Jobcentre Plus".

A quick Google returns this page which gives the address as:

Jobcentre Plus
Lodge House
Fishponds Road
Fishponds
Bristol
BS16 3HZ

It also gives a telephone number: 0117 958 9400
