Thanks for the feedback.

However, I'm a little puzzled as to what's happened as the first one which was (when I started writing this post) the only verified entry is 020 7649 9437 and this works fine and is answered with the same IVR (menu) as is on 0845 300 0116.

The second one (unverified) is 020 7282 2614 and is not recognised so I have removed it.

The third is 01633 759437 and I have added this to the main verified entry as it is answered with the same IVR.
