I for the Parts Dept and was connected politely and quickly. The number listed on Yell.com is 0845 1227412 so I suppose it can also be regarded as a valid alternative for that as well.

Thanks for that. I've verified the entry and added 0845 1227412 and 0844 558 8519 to it, the latter being displayed on Eden's own website www.edenvauxhall.co.uk

BT Phonebook lists four entries for this company at its Reading address:
0845 123 7044 (this number is also given on Vauxhall's website)
0118 959 6410
0118 939 4394 Listed as "All Departments"
0118 959 6115 "Parts Department" Fax (also given on Eden's website as general fax)

So is 0118 959 6410 for parts, service or some other department?
