Please can you post the number you said you dialled in the first post on which they said they were Next and could not help you?
In the first post, you said that the company delivering beds is called "Insura", but that is an insurance company:
www.insura.com Sleepright's terms and conditions makes reference to the 0844 number in question:
Quote:All Sleepright orders are delivered using a specialist home delivery service operated by Ventura. When your goods are ready for delivery you will be contacted by them to arrange a suitable delivery date and approximate time slot. If you are unable to accept delivery at the agreed date and time you must contact the Call Centre on 0844 844 8026 giving at least 72 hours notice, otherwise a charge of £50.00 will be incurred before delivery can be re-arranged.
It goes on to give a geographic number: "At a shop; please contact the shop directly or call our Central Support Office Customer Service Team on 01708 802075 ." This I assume is at the Carpet Right head office as it is similar to the main switchboard number below. It also gives the online sales number as 0845 604 5618.

You could try ringing head office, although I wonder if the 0844 number is answered elsewhere, in which case they'll probably just give you the 0844 number.
Other than that, I'm at a loss as to what to try as we have no definate lead as to where calls are answered.
