Tesco (Jersey) Limited is a company registered in Jersey whose registered office is at:
22 Grenville Street St Helier Jersey JE4 8PX

It would be reasonable to assume the 0845 number may direct to Jersey, in which case an 01 number is not to my knowledge included in your calling minutes. (Someone correct me if I am wrong)...

Have you tried calling Tesco on their FreePhone number? Maybe they can assit you..

Online shops can be outsourced to a third party. Tesco Entertainment used to be operated by TheHut.com. I know this because I found the geographic number to TheHut's office that used to be for Tesco Entertainment.

I would think that a company as big as Tesco could well run this itself. The addresses posted above by CJT-80 are the registered addresses of Tesco Stores Limited and Tesco (Jersey) Limited, and thus they may not be the same addresses which they operate from (and from which telephone calls are answered).

I was going to suggest ringing 0800 505555, which I believe is answered in Tesco's Dundee office. This is because it may be that telephone calls for all various parts of Tesco are answered in the same office and not at the location where products are despatched.

Indeed, when one orders groceries from Tesco, they are despatched from the local supermarket and not a central warehouse. This (I assume) is unlike Tesco Entertainment which deals from one or a few warehouses and sends goods out by a postal/courier service.

The main number for the head office in Cheshunt is 01992 632222, and it might be worth trying that and seeing if they will put you through.

At present, we haven't established where Tesco Entertainment operates from. As a customer, perhaps you could shed light on this. Maybe a returns address or "If undelivered, return to" given on packages.

I wonder if this would be a good starting point. I have to admit defeat in finding a telephone number of any sort for this address.
