Hello, I need some help. I've read that 08445597155 is a scam number claiming to be from EON. …
Hello and welcome to SAYNOTO0870.COM.
There are two unverified entries in our database with this 0844 number which say that it is a "scam". The company is, according to those entries, Past Due Credit Solutions (PDCS) with unconfirmed alternative 0141 951 3666. The e-mail address (from which they apparently send communications) is info@pastduecredit.co.uk. The website at
www.pastduecredit.co.uk gives the 0141 number.

… These people are now phoning using 08448113701 but do not leave a company name etc :exclamation
. I cant find anything out about this number and I'm concerned because they are targeting my daughter who is quite young and vulnerable. Because we don't answer there calls they text quoting a case number and say its urgent. Is this really a scam or are they genuine. We have back tracked as far as possible and cannot recall missing any bill payments. Any advise would be appreciated.
The first and most obvious thing would be to contact E.ON. Either:
1. It will turn out to be genuine, in which case ignoring it will not make it go away.
2. It will turn out to be a scam, in which case you should make E.ON aware so it can take appropriate steps to warn other customers.
You can call E.ON for free from a landline on 0800 363363 or at geographic rate from a mobile using 0115 843 4147. Both these numbers get through to the main customer services menu.
Please let us know how you get on as this will help others in the same situation.
