Thanks Sam, I've verified that entry. I've included a note to ignore the pricing message, as the 10ppm pricing message can be heard on the 01244 number (just as it is on the 0871 number).

I've also verified the entry for lost and stolen, 0845 603 2378 = 0115 957 7420 as this alternative is given for overseas callers on the website.

There are also two entries which remain unverified for FairFX, and I wonder if you could shed some light on them. They're both listed as being for customer services.

0904 227 0100 = 020 7778 9300
0871 911 0007 = 01753 778619

Are any of these numbers listed in your paperwork? Can you confirm that they are correct?

According to the back of the card the customer services number is 01753 778619 - so this is the official one.
