If they don't give you the best quote first time, then why bother? And then they have to lie about charging you a fee for the telephone call!

I seem to recall that RAC didn't want my business for breakdown because its website would not accept my 0844 number as being a valid telephone number. Roll Eyes

At least they aren't claiming it's FREE to call though.

BTW, is the RAC part of the Aviva* (Norwich Union) group now then?
