Hello and welcome to SAYNOTO0870.COM.
It would perhaps be helpful if, particularly as this is an online account, that you provide a link to the page on the product in question.
Searching for PO Box 520 in AL7 brings up only pages linked with Post Office. I came across this page:
http://www.postoffice.co.uk/portal/po/jump2?catId=24400776&mediaId=52900694It gives a different 0845 number to the two quoted in the OP, 0845 602 3409. They also lie about 0845 numbers being charged at "local call rates". I put this 0845 number into our search engine and it came up with a number of unverified suggestions:
Post Office 0845 602 3409 0117 945 0300 Savings accounts
