Opt-out UK sell services to prevent cold callers, etc.  Their website has PO Box address in Bradford but only this one contact number for all purposes:  0844 842 1694.  I have tried contacting their support desk on the website several times (my account does not show an upgrade to their free service that I paid for in September 2010, 4 months ago).  This usually gets a bad url error message but not always; they have responded just once, with an inappropriate referral to their FAQs.  I obviously do not want pay for their 0844 number - I fully expect they will keep me hanging on until I give up or not give me a proper answer if I do get through to someone.

I also presume I am not alone in not getting any satisfactory response from these people.
