There is one more clue, we never get straight away answer from their 0844 number, we always leave a voice mail and then in 24 hours , we get reply back, there is one more address related to this company where they advice to send expense forms, that is

When you said that you always got voicemail when ringing the 0844 number, it made me think that the number is one of those that doesn't go to a 01/02 number, but is answered by a voicemail system that e-mails the user any messages left.
However, I tried it and when it answered, pressed * and got through to the options for the office telephone system, including a directory of extensions. I tried inputting the last few letters of the contact's first and last names and it returned nothing.
Anyway, what this tells us is that the voicemail you hear is likely to be on an office telephone system and they usually have a block of numbers. E.g. a hundred numbers 01234 123400 through to 499. One may be a clue to locating the one for this extension (which the 0844 points to).
Perhaps the company still produces a newsletter and gives someone's direct number (phone and/or fax etc) or a company letterhead gives such a number. If any employee doesn't wish to post the numbers publically, they can always send me a private message.
Turning tact, it would appear that this company has changed its name and/or absorbed other companies such as Astute Security (the redirection of
www.astutesecurity.co.uk to the SSG one without any mention of Astute points to this. But it's often the case that companies don't change phone numbers (unless they move) when changing name.
So let's look for the old company name with the Derby dialling code (the one we expect numbers to be at Kedleston House):
"astute security" "01332"This returns about 20 entries that give the number, 01332 843388, although the address is given as either 2 Ling Forest Court Mansfield, NG18 3PH and in a few cases, 25 Town Street Belper Derbyshire DE56 4EH. No mention of Kedleston House and this number is now not recognised.
With the trail of seemingly old addresses we have found, it would appear that this company has moved. Thing is, if a number or numbers have never been given out, then we're not going to find them. The SSG website says that they have offices in Swindon, Derby and Glasgow and a 24 hour control room in Bristol, so if this is correct, then that backs up the suggestion that offices such as Trowbridge and Mansfield may have closed.
