It gives voice telephone 0844 477 3222 and fax number 0844 477 3221. There are apparently two practice managers: Ms GE Law and Ms M Brookes.

This posting in our forum in 2007 of a newspaper report makes reference to your surgery:

I've tried search connotations in Google, with the 0116 code and these bits of information, and come up with no clues as to what numbers they use.
