The 0207 932 3600 is not the correct number as it works as a general number for administration at the London office. I've tried several numbers but I've been unsuccessful. Thank you

Thank you for your replies. 020 7630 0746 is a fax number at the London Admin/ Sales office. I am sure there is a 0207 number for the Call Center behind the 0845 601 0932.

Regarding the Victoria Mileage program, the same for the 0870 607 2024. They surely have a local UK geographical number behing this 0870. (by the way...the +351 21 843 11 95 is a Lisbon fax number at TAP).

If someone could help it would be nice.

what do you need to contact them for? do you HAVE to call them?

why not e-mail them and tell them you cannot call 0845 numbers and ask if they have an 020 number? I wonder if the 0845 number is because they do not have a UK Call Centre?

Yes, I know it is not easy and maybe that is the purpose of this page..to help us finding the numbers behind those expensive 0845/0844/0870/0871 numbers.

I need to contact them on a regular basis because of travel arrangements and urgent changes both for myself and colleagues and we have a package which does not include those numbers. I have asked but they do not know it (or they say they don't). Doing it by email (bookings and urgent changes) is not feasable.

Their Call Centre is in Lisbon but this 0845 601 0932 has a number behind it as happens will ALL those numbers. I knew it before (it was 0207 828 0262) but it has been changed.

You've tried which numbers? It would help so we don't suggest the same ones.

On what grounds are you making your assertion that it is an 0207 number? What is a 0207 number? The code for London is 020 and NOT 0207 !!

I tried the 0845 number and it goes through to an IVR that allows Portuguise and English speaking. You say that the call centre is based in Lisbon, so that could mean that the alternative to the 0845 number is a Lisbon one.

The contact number given for reservations from Ireland goes through to the same 0845 IVR and it is a geographic number: +353 1 656 9162.

This thread has been running for a couple of days now and no alternative has been found.

Do I possess magical powers? I am beginning to think that I must.

Why couldn't anyone else, including the OP, simply subtract one number and try and so on? This site is about us all sharing numbers we find which is how the database has grown so large. We can all pool our efforts if everyone puts a little work in and shares it.

I tried:

+351 21 843 11 92 Cargo
+351 21 843 11 91 Reservations (same IVR as on 0845 number)

If you don't look, you won't find!
