From what I've found, this company is connected with Homecraft Rolyan Ltd.

As for "Physio Med", the entry I have verified is:

Physio Med Ltd 0871 250 1400 0113 383 0271

I'm slightly puzzled here as it is the company called Physio Med Limited ("Physio Med" two words) whose website is www.physiomed.co.uk

Yet there is a company called "Physiomed" which is part of Patterson Medical and whose website is www.physio-med.com
