The number I posted was the number on the bill.

My memory is a bit hazy but I think I tried that 01752 number a couple of months ago and the person I spoke to simply gave me the 08444 number..

However I am not sure hence my post saying I would try it tomorrow morning..

Your post gives the impression that the sherbert will definitely work??

I and others are simply looking for leads. There are no guarantees given and it is down to users such as yourself to suck it and see.

My posting is simply a statement of fact and something you could have done.

If you tried a number, then say so as it may be relevant and will also stop others using their time going down the same road.

All I did was go to the Southwest Media Group Ltd web site, (incidentally you failed to give us the web address) and go to the contact page to get that information.

As dave says that is the first thing anyone would do if they are looking for some information about a particular company.

Anyway I found the number for you and it is up to you to see if you can get to the accounts department using it. If they say they can't put you through, ask them for the geographical number and say that you refuse to use a rip off number to contact them.

Hope this helps and please report back if you have any luck, if you do, then dave will be able to add the number to the database and help others who may need to contact this company.

Thank you very much for giving me the incentive to be more persistent
