All of L&G's Numbers are here

However as they are unable to correctly identify the call charges to their 03 numbers I don't expect you will get much luck getting the correct non 08 number from them.

EG: ISA and unit trust - existing customer -0370 050 0955*

*Calls to these numbers will not exceed your fixed line or mobile phone provider's national rate and will be included in any inclusive free minute plan or discount scheme you may have with your telephone provider. Call charges will vary between telephone providers. These numbers may not be available from outside the UK.

But: Individual personal pensions, including Stakeholder pensions for individuals (new customer),or payment enquiries - 0345 993 2584**
** Call charges will vary.

The 1st number is charged at the SAME rate as the 2nd one! Not differently as they BOTH start 03!

Sometimes it does pay to e-mail these companies

I just followed the instructions and options and within less than 5 min's was speaking to an advisor . daz
