Hi, the number courtesy of yell for the head office is 01609 780780, and although it may be a long shot it could be worth asking to be put through or asking for a landline number

Also there are a lot of numbers beginning 532 on there complaints leaflet and this may also yield to someone being able to put you through to your venue

This is the main "customer service" number for the Council and is answered the same as the published covert premium number, 0845 872 7374.
