Mar Lodge Estate (Read 7,451 times)

Sorry, clearly missed a few details there.

Right, The Mar Lodge estate is based in the Cairngorms National Park, near Braemar in the Scottish Highlands. It is a Highlands sporting estate and it is a member of the National Trust (who are also rife with 0844 numbers et cetra).

I've found out that the local dialling code is 01339.

Google "mar lodge" "01339" which gives links to some suggestions:

01339 741433
01339 741216
01339 741669
01339 741432 (Possible fax number)

Most give 741433, so this might be the main number. Try it and let us know how you get on (or let us know how you get on if you try one of the other numbers).

If you find a suitable alternative, I will list it in the database.

BT Phonebook has a number of entries for Mar Lodge Estate and they give the areas/departments of each number:

Estate Office (013397) 41433
Caretaker (013397) 41427

Lodge Housekeeper (013397) 41533
Rangers Office (013397) 41669
Estate Office 0844 493 2172
Estate Estate Office FAX 0844 493 2171
Visitor & Estate Information (013397) 41693

This seems to confirm that the main Estate Office number is 41433.

It also suggests that the code is in fact 013397 and not 01339, not that it is probably of any great consequence to you ringing from outside the area.
