Lifted from
http://www.titanhitours.co.uk/information/contact-us.aspxI was rather surprised to read...
"Telephone calls will be recorded for training purposes. Free from a BT landline. Calls from mobile phones, other networks or from overseas may incure charges from your network operator. "
Putting the spelling mistake aside, I'm taken by the blanket statement "free from a BT landline" without qualification. In the printed brochure, this is the disclaimer immediately underneath the 0845 number.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought only certain BT tariffs offered inclusive 0845, and so this statement is potentially wrong? (Not that that would be a huge surprise)
