IBM Rewards Helpdesk 08452994180- STD number ?

Does anyone know the regular STD/Regional telephone number for the IBM Rewards Helpdesk.    The 0845 number is 0845-299-4180.    If it is any help the service is provided by a company called Asperity.

Hello and welcome to SAYNOTO0870.COM.

The company name Asperity is probably worthy of further investigation. There is no mention of it in the forum, by our database has some unverified entries connected to it:

Asperity (Employee Benefits)             0845 299 4186       020 7229 0349            
Smartsaving Asperity Employee Benefits             0845 299 0908       020 7985 9960             Used on 8/12/10 and works fine.


Now look for the company's website which is www.asperity.co.uk

Its contact page shows that it is an international company, and its UK office is given as:

I've just tried the 0845 299 4180 number and it is answered with a message voiced by a female which eventually says "we are putting you through" (or words to that effect).

When it does, a male voice says that they are closed. This is the same closed message as is on 020 7985 9960.

The same male also voices the main number, 7229 0349.

I suspect that they will give different 0845 numbers for different clients as we already have three 0845 299 numbers. They may well all go through to the same place.

The 0845 numbers start with the message from the female then go through to the 020 number. Thus, when you call 020 7985 9960 you won't get the first part of the message.
