"benefits" refers to the package of items that the Coop Bank offers to its current account customers, as correctly identified by CJT-80. The only numbers I can see on his attached link are the 0800 numbers that are used to
apply
for the account.
It appears to me that the clue is at the top of the page CJT-80 provided a link to!!

contact page.
Have I really done something spectacular that no one else could do? Why has no one else picked up on this?
