In what way does it "no longer work"? Huh

I called this number about 10 minutes ago and got options for HBOS credit cards. I just called it now and it says that it's not available due to "essential system maintenance" and says to press 1 for lost and stolen.

For the record, this number is listed as alternatives for different HBOS-issued credit cards.

However, on checking just now... I'd searched for this number 0845 728 3848 It seems that I dialled 0113 549 8050, which is a jumble of two numbers above/below each other - ooops!
