Can I ask that when you let us know of alternatives that work that you say what the 08 numbers are to which they are for? It helps me so I don't have to spend additional time looking for it/them.

I have found that Gems TV uses the number 0845 612 2000 on air and that 406181 is a direct alternative. 406143/46/47/48 also answer the same, but as we have one alternative I have removed them from the database.

Gems TV Extra (formerly Rocks TV) uses 0845 505 0656, and 01527 406180 and 0800 6444647 answer with the same IVR (menu). I tried nearby 0800 numbers ending 644, 645, 646 and 648 and they're all unobtainable.

At the bottom of the Gems TV Homepage it says that it is Coloured Rocks Ltd and gives telephone 0845 370 0660. The direct alternative for this is 01527 406100.

On the contact page it gives telephone 0845 6588 663. We have no identical alternative known, but I have listed 406181 instead as it has an option for customer services.
