I expect that you will need to specify at least the next two digits to be certain because that is the level that different prefixes are allocated to different providers.

I'm suspecting that you might be looking at calling Isle of Man mobile numbers. Am I right? Huh

These are Manx Telecom mobile numbers. It might be worth searching the internet for information on calling Isle of Man mobiles from T-Mobile UK.

A quick search of this throws up:
