Asda has seen the light and replaced a number of its 0844 numbers with freephone ones. The official number for customers to contact Asda Direct is 0800 952 3003.

What is the purpose of ringing the distribution warehouse direct? As I say, enquiries from customers should be channelled to the 0800 number.

It would also be helpful to know the address. Do you not know it? Have you tried looking for it? Huh
