I have removed what might be Mr Cowans' home address and IP address, as you haven't explained their relevance here.

Referring to the website, the gentleman's name is David Cowans and not Cowands.

The next thing is to look at the contact page. It gives a general e-mail address @placesforpeople.co.uk. So are staff e-mail addresses at this same domain?

To find out, I then went to Google and put in email "placesforpeople.co.uk". In the results I can see some firstname.lastname@placesforpeople.co.uk.
