A 0844 number means very little and those you're asking to help you shouldn't be left to do the spadework.

Thanks but the above number but it does not work. There use to be a Thomas Cook Foreign Exchange Bureau within the HSBC in Loughborough but that has now closed and I guess this number was for that.
