hi, try Please contact the Co-operative Breakdown claims centre on 0044 1737 815867 Find out about our call charges. but use 141 before dialling because this is advertised has an overseas no.
they are also some freefone no.s @

If you are still unsatisfied ring the manchester HO and complain
