I put the 0844 number into Google, spaced out as 0844 248 0587 and that led me to this Thomson Local entry:

Putting "dhl express" "01245" into Google returns a number of pages, some with different addresses.

Some give Russell Way, Chelmsford, CM1 3AA with telephone 01245 257295.

For DHL Express, Rodney Way, this page gives 01245 284051. 192.com gives fax number 01245 283189 and voice number 0870 444 4264.
