The number in the database returns "temporarily out of order" on this Saturday morning. This could be an indication that the department is closed and may come into life when it is open; or it could be like this all the time.
I went to Google and typed in
"andrew james" "0191" and the first result was to Andrew James' own website and its
Refund Policy page.
That page states:

This number goes to a recorded message which says to press 5 for "sales line only". It gives opening hours as Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and "that may include delivery enquiries, customer service, technical and returns".
This suggests that sales is open today (Saturday), as indicated on the website (9am to 9pm seven days a week) and that other departments are only available during weekdays, 9am to 5pm.
Perhaps this is answered the same as the 0844 number (I haven't tried it). There is only one digit different, so maybe 0191 377 8
158 is a typo.
