The O2 website has a list (quite a large list)  of 08- numbers which are included in the call package which I have. Unfortunately, it just gives the bald numbers without saying what the organisations are. Since 08 is such a big money spinner I can't imagine any of these numbers are actually ones I would ever want to ring, but does anyone know what the rationale is behind this list?
