Good Evening rikesh,

According to this page "For all other public enquiries, comments and complaints (including those regarding national Railcards)" you are advised to call: 0207 841 8062* (note it should read 020 7841 8062)

* this is how it is posted on their site.

There is also an e-mail address.. I would suggest it is worth pointing out the cost of calling this number from a mobile.. anything up to 40p per minute where as their 020 number is included in any minutes from a landline or mobile.

Also depending on the nature of calling them you can e-mail the railcard team.

Hello rikesh and welcome to SayNoTo0870.com.

The contact page for 16-25 Railcard gives the address as:

THE RAILCARD TEAM
PO BOX 547
PITSFORD
NORTHAMPTON
NN6 9XQ

It also gives the 0844 number quoted by rikesh. It is a PO Box, but nonetheless suggests that the location of the office may be in NN6.

The terms and conditions page for Railcards at www.railcard.co.uk/terms states:

Quote:
The purchasing pages are prefixed by secure.16-25railcard.co.uk and secure.family&friendsrailcard.co.uk and secure.seniorrailcard.co.uk, and are managed by Charles Novacroft Direct Limited, and as such, Charles Novacroft Direct Limited is responsible for these pages in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Charles Novacroft Direct Limited trades as Novacroft which has an office in NN6:

Pitsford
Northamptonshire NN6 9AA

Phone us on:      (+44) 0845 330 0601
Fax us on:      (+44) 0845 330 0745

Our database lists the alternative for Novacroft as 01604 889500.

Thanks Dave,

I seem to be having issues with the Database or maybe it's my browser.

I can confirm that the 020 7841 8062 does work for Railcard Enquiries.
I did try and find the number in the database, but searches for railcard, railcard enquiries, railcards and 08448 714036 all came up as nothing found! I only found the number when I searched in discussions!

Thanks for letting us know,

It's unusual that it's not listed as an alternative...

I decided to Google the 0844 number given, and it links to: http://www.railcard.co.uk/contact-us/

All bar the Disabled Railcard and Network Railcard use the 0844 number.

Additionally they now list the following address for correspondence:

PO BOX 11638
LAURENCEKIRK
AB30 9AJ

I wonder if they have changed the contract to a new provider of support services?

Huh

Just to advise a friend with a Disabled Railcard tried the above number today and it goes through to a voice mail...
