Re 0845 600 1188 lookup for Southern Electric

I've used your website for many years and am happy to help in return - many thanks to you.

The database returns the above number as "unverified" and gives a few 0800 options. I have tried these and here are my findings:
0800 525252 - does not work
0800 0525252 - works fine to get through to customer services

I had a billing enquiry which was sorted out via the latter 0800 number. In addition to this - my enquiry was a "Gas" enquiry of Southern Electric.
