Only contact number was 0844 770 5838. Operator puts up nonsense defence and refuses to transfer you. However, their BT line number is 0191232 5524. Stand on your hind legs and they put you through to customer services, when they can get through.

There is a number, 0191 521 3555, which was unverified in our database and was submitted with a note to say that this is the number they called from. This goes through to a message saying that it is Jacques Vert and that they are closed, and open Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm.
