All I can really advise is that the number you have given is for UK General Insurance - http://www.ukgeneral.com/

The number is associated with http://www.nationalholidays.com/images/general/NationalHolidaysPolicySummary2011.pdf

There does appear to be UK 01 numbers given in that document, I am not however sure if they will be of any use.

Maybe worth trying.
