Hi!

Been trying to find the geo number for about 18 months on this one. The one given on the London Councils website is this: 0845 275 7054. Strangely enough it goes to a call centre in Scotland. I did not realise that Scotland was now a London Borough but little would I know!

Neither of the replacement numbers on here work. I did mention about 18 months ago that 020 7934 9633 is no longer in use (please see the 'search alternative numbers' section for clarification). At present 020 7934 9999 does not allow for these enquiries either - in fact the first part of the options menu specifically states that you have to call the 0845 number.

I lost my freedom pass on Friday. I was just hoping to let them know!

The contact page you provided a link to gives what appears to be two important clues: The e-mail address is at the journeycall.com domain and the fax number is 01561 377983. I also see that it lies about the number being "local rate".

Like many others, this service would appear to be outsourced rather than in-house. It is run by Journeycall in Laurencekirk. Its main number is 01561 376070 so it might be worth trying it and asking to be put through to the relevant department.
