Hi
I'm trying to book a ferry with My Ferry.  Their website tells me the journeys I want are fully booked but then doesn't tell me what journeys still have space. Their number is 0844 2482 100, anyone have an alternative number?
Thanks

The UK Geographical Booking Number appears to be

01304 828 442

See: http://www.ferrylines.com/en/operators/operator-information/operatorinfo/SEAF/?n...

Plus they offer an e-mail contact address here http://www.myferrylink.com/ferries-company/faq?packedargs=site%3DSF_Pax_Uk

It helps no end though  if people can provide the info asked for in the sticky. Wink

Indeed. Providing no information is expecting others to find it. Also, asking does anyone "have" a number is rather limiting the chances of coming by an alternative.

Do people not wish to have as great a chance of finding an alternative as possible? Or perhaps those that would like to only have a number provided by someone who "knows" it could go away and start their own alternative numbers site. I think that this would be a great idea so that we can stick to using the techniques that work for those who wish to put back in to the site.

The MyFerryLink contact page gives a geographic alternative: +33 3 667 40401 which is answered the same as 01304 828442.

The Ferrylines.com link that bigjohn provided also gives what is identified as the "Headquarter" number for MyFerryLink: 01304 828300.

Other numbers can be found by Googling "myferrylink" "01304" and "myferrylink" "1304".

I have just tried the number 01304 828442 and it answers with a "closed" message in French which is as suspected it appears as if it might be answered in France (albeit that it has UK ringing tone).

However, subtracting one from this number goes through to an English message (voiced by an apparently English female) which gives opening hours and e-mail address clientservices@myferrylink.com which is that given on the contact page. I have therefore assumed this to be a suitable alternative and listed it in the database.

Feedback here (positive or negative) as to the effectiveness of 01304 828441 will be appreciated.
