Engage Credit Ltd

Hiya, I am trying to find the geographic number for my mortgage company. Customer service or collections.
I am underwater on the mortgage but they insist on providing only this number 0845-017-5085.
Orange charges a bomb on my tariff and I don't have a Hardline.
Their registered address is 114a Cromwell road, London, SW7 4ES and company registration is 06548489.

Hello and welcome to SayNoTo0870.com.

I had a quick look on the internet and haven't come upon any alternative.

It might be worth getting a pay as you go SIM that offers lower-cost calls to 0845, and other 08, numbers. This would be used when there is no choice but to ring the numbers. They usually require a call to be made every so often (90 days or 180 days, maybe), so it might be worth noting it in your diary so that it doesn't get disconnected and you probably forfeit your credit.

Often companies operate from a different address. Is there another address? Is the mortgage provided by another company or organisation such as a bank? These may be clues that will lead us to an alternative.

I want to thank you all for your wonderful & timely help/advice. I have used saynoto0870 without joining for nigh on 5 yrs. probably a lot more. You are all a great credit.
I appear to have found a reasonable solution, one that allows me to call ANY 0845 number for an affordable 3p a minute. It entails signing up at 18185.co.uk and calling a local 0208 number & then calling the 0845 company.
Since 020 calls are included in my mobile tariff, the extra 3p per minute is unlikely to cause my homelessness.

That's a good idea. I should point out that the call charges imposed by 18185 are per whole minute and include a connection fee of 5p. So a call lasting 3 minutes 14 seconds will cost 4 × 3ppm plus 5p which is 17p in total.

This is probably cheaper than the lowest rates, so well done for spotting it!
