Unless we find an alternative published specifically for the Citroen number, 0800 072 7272, then I think that sherbert's suggestion might be the best. We are assuming that the number goes through to the AA breakdown call centre. The 0121 number is published by the AA as an alternative to its breakdown number, 0800 887766.
As ever, there is no guarantee that an alternative number will still work when it comes to be used, and in the case of call-out for emergency breakdown it would be advisable to always carry the published 0800 numbers just in case the alternative does not work.
