This is indeed "incorrect", it should say "mobiles
and landlines".
It is not however actually misleading, in respect of advising the cost of calling the number. In the current situation, residential customers see no distinction between the rates charged for local, national and 03 calls. The problem we have is that "local rate" and "national rate" are the only terms that people understand. "UK rate" has not been generally adopted, and so is not clearly understood.
It is incorrect to imply that the cost of calling within the UK depends on location. The only exception is for customers of KC in Hull and East Yorkshire, who enjoy a distinct local rate. They will be aware of their unique special status and are unlikely to be misled by any reference to "local rate" in a national context.
