Can someone please help me with a geo number for Dr Oetker UK Ltd the pizza people?

It cost me a small fortune being passed around their menus on their 03305 001 305 number and I never did get through.

They are in Leyland, Lancs

Thanks
James EB

01/02 and 03 numbers are all treated the same for charging purposes and are included in inclusive minutes if you have any.So whether you call an 0113 or 0330 number it want make any difference to your bill. Wink

Did you see when searching for the 0113 number they also offer http://www.oetker.co.uk/oetker_uk/contact_us/contact_form.html as a means of contacting them at no charge.

As bigjohn says, all 03 numbers are charged the same as 01/02 numbers, inclusive minutes applying equally. This is stated in the National Telephone Numbering Plan.

There are no telephone providers known to be flouting this rule. If yours is, then the provider needs reminding of it.

I don't know who your landline provider is but you can use either the 18185 prefix or their 0808 1 703 703 access number to reduce the cost significantly if you're not on an inclusive calls plan.

After years of ignoring govt. guidelines & RIPPING OFF Council Tax payers using 0845 numbers, Essex County Council changed to 0345 numbers on 2 November 2015
