That suggests their geographic number starts with the STD code 01702

However, Google Street View shows the address to be a block of residential flats (the seafront location indicates they are not inexpensive) so, clearly, it is a correspondence address only.

On linkedin, Charlie Abbott states his is the business owner. OTOH, he appears to have 3 personalities thereon.
