Hi

I really hope somebody can help me.....I'm desperate !
I receive Employment and Support Allowance and Disability Living Allowance. I have just checked my bank online and discovered that the ESA has not been paid into my account since 18th June. I am missing a lot of money, and am emotionally distraught.
The phone number on my ESA letter is 0845 6088575
and I can not ring this because with my phone contract I am unable to connect to 0844, 0845 numbers.

I have found a few geo numbers on the data base, but none of them connect or even answer.

RUNG THE 0845 NUMBER ON MY BEHALF
AND THE BENEFIT CTR RUNG ME STRAIGHT AWAY !!
MY PAYMENTS HAVE ACCIDENTALLY STOPPED
AND THEY WILL RECTIFY AS URGENT

Hi

When you search this website for the above, it comes up with two unverified numbers, neither of which work. I believe the 0191 one did work once but it doesn't now. Can anyone track down a landline equivalent for the above number? It's the benefits line for Essex, based at Basildon, I think. And the two unverified numbers should be deleted from the database.
